How do we use your data?
The data we collect from you for marketing purposes is used to periodically send promotional emails and SMS messages about new products, special offers or other information which we think you might find interesting using the email address or mobile number which you have provided. Who is the personal data going to be shared with?
Email marketing is processed by Mailchimp but only for the purpose of Stevenswood as stated above.
We will never divulge any of your personal details, by which we mean your name and address or email address, to any third party for them to market products or services to you.
How long is your personal data going to be held?
Your order information is kept for six years under HMRC rules. If you have ‘opted in’ to receive our marketing, we will keep your data until you specify that you would like to ‘unsubscribe’. You can do this at any point of receiving an email by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link or email directly to enquiries@stevenswood.co.uk
Job Application Privacy
CVs/application forms, interview notes, written references from previous employers and copies of qualification certificates for successful candidates will be held for 6 months from the date of appointment or confirmation that application is unsuccessful. This data will be held for purposes of verification re appointment of successful candidates, and takes account of limitation period for potential discrimination claims from unsuccessful candidates.
CVs/applications forms of unsuccessful candidates are kept to inform candidates of future vacancies for 12 months from the date of the application submission.
After 365 days we will notify you and ask if you want the information retained or deleted.
